For this photoshoot I want to produce something more edgy than my usual style. As much as I love sophistication,pose and glamour in photoshoots, this time I want to create something a little bizarre...less emphasis on hair and make up,perhaps not even showing a face. Purely the creation of an image, a snapshot in time that happens to catch someone, rather than a stylist creating the particular moment in time.
I particularly love Guy Bourdin's portayal of this in shoots. He stretches boundaries of to which fashion photography is generally based, thinking nothing of photographing two naked models eating pizza for a vogue editorial...
He is not scared of refute,just dedicated to producing quirky, shocking yet awe inspiring images that many photographers would be too orthodox to produce with such vigour.
